1. No Return on Opened or Used Products
Due to the nature of herbal, homeopathic, and personal wellness products:
- Opened, unsealed, or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- This policy ensures product hygiene, safety, and quality for all customers.
2. Return Eligibility (Only if Unopened)
You may request a return only if all conditions below are met:
- Product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Product is not damaged
- Return request is made within 3 days of delivery
Returns are accepted only in rare cases such as:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Missing items in order
3. Refund Conditions
Refunds are processed only when:
- Returned product is received and inspected
- The item meets our return eligibility criteria
The refund amount will be sent via:
- Bank Transfer
- JazzCash / Easypaisa
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Opened or used supplements
- Products damaged by customer
- Products purchased on discount or special offer
- Change of mind after delivery
- Wrong orders placed by customer
5. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, leaked, or wrong item, you must:
- Report within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the product
- Provide order number and contact details
Once verified, we will:
- Send a replacement
- Or provide a refund (based on availability)
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only if:
- The product has not been shipped yet
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
